Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the main factors leading to infertility and ovulatory dysfunction in women. The aim current research study levels Inhibin A B women with PCOS, depending on level Anti-millerian hormone. Materials methods: 30 infertile (I group) PCOS (excluding hyperprolactenemia, hypothyreosis, autoimmune thyroiditis) healthy (II were involved study. Hormone profile blood determined 3rd day menstruation ELISA immunoferment analyzer. Results. It was an increase Anti-Müllerian (AMH) secretion patients hyperandrogenia. lower I group patients. Conclusion. detection AMH plays important role evaluation ovarial reserve hyperandrogenemia.
